    <title>Three Day South Tippeary Diet</title>

I found a few diets on the internet and fiddled around until I had the perfect three day creation. &lt;br /&gt;Here you go.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Day One&lt;br /&gt;Breakfast&lt;br /&gt;Black Tea/Coffee&lt;br /&gt;One Grapefruit&lt;br /&gt;1 slice of toast&lt;br /&gt;2. cup of Peanut Butter&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lunch&lt;br /&gt;4 oz Tuna&lt;br /&gt;1 slice of Toast&lt;br /&gt;Black Tea or coffee&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dinner&lt;br /&gt;2 Slices of any cold meat&lt;br /&gt;1 cup of string bans&lt;br /&gt;4 oz Beetroot&lt;br /&gt;4 oz Vanilla Ice cream&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Day Two&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Breakfast&lt;br /&gt;I Egg&lt;br /&gt;1 Banana&lt;br /&gt;1 Slice of Toast&lt;br /&gt;Black Tea/Coffee&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lunch&lt;br /&gt;4 oz cottage cheese&lt;br /&gt;5 Crackers&lt;br /&gt;Black Tea/Coffee&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dinner&lt;br /&gt;2 Hot Fogs&lt;br /&gt;4 oz Broccoli&lt;br /&gt;4 Cucumber&lt;br /&gt;½ Banana&lt;br /&gt;4 oz Vanilla Ice cream&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Day Three&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Breakfast&lt;br /&gt;5 Saltine crackers&lt;br /&gt;1 Slice of Cheddar&lt;br /&gt;1 Small apple&lt;br /&gt;Black Tea/Coffee&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lunch&lt;br /&gt;1 Hard Boiled Egg&lt;br /&gt;1 Slice Toast&lt;br /&gt;Black Tea/Coffee&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dinner&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4 oz Tuna&lt;br /&gt;4 oz Beetroot&lt;br /&gt;4 oz Cauliflower&lt;br /&gt;½ Honeydew Melon&lt;br /&gt;4 oz Vanilla Ice Cream&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The diet works on a chemical breakdown and had been proven. Do NOT vary or substitute any of the above foods.  Salt and pepper can be used, but NO other seasoning. Where no quantity is given there are no restrictions other than common sense.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This diet is to be used for three days at a time. In three days you will lose 10 lbs. After three days of dieting you can eat normally but remember not to overdo it. You lose up to 40 lbs in a month if you stick to it.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Toast should be dry, no butter or margarine. Tuna, string beans and beetroot can be frozen. Saltine crackers or tuc/ritz.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Drink six-eight glasses of water per day.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Please comment with any results.</content>

Roughly.&lt;br /&gt;That's okay I guess, seeing as I drank tons of water, and they were all low fat, but that doesn't stop her from reminding me how stupid I am. &lt;br /&gt;Did you know each serving of lettuce had FOUR CALORIES? I know! So every day I'll eat lettuce at dinner for my mom. With a hard boiled egg though.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Monday week I'm starting the sacred heart diet, that sounds pretty good. I hope I loose seventeen pounds. Thenm I just need to leave on oranges, water, lettuce and eggs until June 28th. Which is the day I need to leave for my vacation. This is the reason I need to loose so much weight. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I will do this. No matter what.</content>
